Arcana works with specialised wine and spirits couriers across Aotearoa New Zealand, with selective international support for collectors. Every order is hand-packed in shock-protective foam and dispatched in tracked, signature-required transit.
Domestic
New Zealand-wide overnight to urban addresses, 1–3 working days to rural. Adult signature required on every parcel — no signature, no delivery.
International
Export shipping is offered selectively, subject to destination regulations and the value of the order. Contact Arcana for a tailored quote and timeline.
Packaging
Bottles ship in foam-cradled cases sized to the order. Larger formats, magnums, and aged bottles are double-protected and oriented for safe transit.
Timing
Rates & timing
Delivery is calculated at checkout from your postcode’s island and the number of items in the order, and is the only charge added to the final bottle prices. Orders confirmed before 11am NZT typically dispatch the same business day. Tracking is emailed automatically once a parcel leaves the cellar.

Compliance
Age & delivery
Arcana sells only to customers aged 18 and over. Couriers verify identification on delivery and will not leave alcohol unattended. Buyers are responsible for ensuring delivery to a legal recipient.
